This won't be easy.

Who are you? Hell of a question, eh?

As a Transformational Life Coach I want to help you step out of the darkness and into the light. It's time to stop living your life to please others and start tugging at the seams of the YOU you've sewn up so tightly.

You were meant to be unique, authentic, passionate, messy, loud and to take up as much space as you want.

If you're not living a life that says I AM HERE then it's time to sit down and figure out how to get there.

If you're in a career you're not passionate about - it's time to discuss why you're settling for less than that and what you can do to reach further, and hit your goals.

If you're in a relationship that isn't growing and thriving it's time to discuss how you can step into the sun and have the best communication, the best friendship and hell, the best sex ever. You CAN have it all.

If you're single and looking, let's talk about how you can date with intention and get ready to be the best partner you can be!

If there's something you desire intensely I believe that you will have it if you're willing to get uncomfortable, be vulnerable and get really f*cking honest with yourself.

All of the tools are inside you - It's my job to help you take them out of the box and hold you accountable - it's your job to do the work.

You're in control of this journey, and the limits of your progress are in your hands. It's time to figure out who you are and what you want, and work through doubt, blocks, and limiting beliefs. You'll figure out how to set boundaries and how to communicate when someone oversteps them. You'll set goals, and work through the steps to achieve them. All the while I'll be here to listen, ask questions, and help guide you to the answers you already have inside you. Yes, you do have them.

PHASE 1: LEARN

The first step in any new process is to learn. We do this through navigating your thoughts, blocks, limiting beliefs, and doubts that keep you from living your most authentic life. This is the first building block of Confidence, and will help you envision what life would look like if they didn't exist.

PHASE 2: ENVISION

After identifying the things that hold you back you can start to envision what life would look like if those things were removed. How would your life change if you took the steps forward into the life you want? You can use this vision to formulate doable action steps to get you walking on the path forward.

PHASE 3: ACT

In this phase you step into the light. You put your plan into action, and stop making excuses. This is where you build confidence, see the path ahead more clearly and start making small changes that will grow over time. Through this phase you will have an accountability partner, and a clear action plan.

PHASE 4: PAUSE

Through the pause phase you will take a deep breath, stop to reflect on the changes you have made and decide if those changes are moving you close to the life you want. If not, we will step back to Phase 2 and discuss what action steps should change, then move forward again.
